Our MIC
Stoneridge Lending Inc was founded in 2014 by Trevor Daly and Michael Litniansky. Stoneridge was created to provide a new way of real estate investing where the investor's capital is secured against real property. Since its inception, Stoneridge Lending has grown to manage over 50 million in capital, and works
with over 250 investors. SR Lend Mortgage Investment Corporation was founded in 2021 to allow for additional investment options for our loyal investor base. The investors of the MIC can expect the same quality deals that they have enjoyed for years with Stoneridge Lending whilst diversifying their portfolio amongst numerous
