Our Founding Story

StoneRidge was founded in 2014 by Trevor Daly and Mike Litniansky, two dedicated mortgage brokers who were frustrated by the lack of fair and efficient options for private lending. '

They envisioned StoneRidge as the solution to this problem, a company that could provide better opportunities for people seeking financial growth. In 2019, we faced a heartbreaking loss when Mike passed away from pancreatic cancer.

Trevor remained steadfast in their shared vision, carrying on the dream they had built together. At StoneRidge, we believe in creating opportunities for real people to build wealth and achieve their financial goals.

  • To become an investor with StoneRidge MIC, you can start by sending an email to Trevor at trevor@stoneridgelending.com. Trevor will then have Kendra introduce you to our Exempt Market Dealer (EMD). The EMD will guide you through the process, providing all the necessary information and helping you get started with your investment. We are excited to welcome you as an investor and support you in achieving your financial goals!

  • Becoming an investor with StoneRidge is a straightforward process. To get started, simply send an email expressing your interest to Trevor at trevor@stoneridgelending.com. Once Trevor receives your email, he will introduce you to Kendra, who will assist you throughout the onboarding process. Kendra will provide all the necessary information and guide you step-by-step to ensure a smooth and efficient transition into becoming an investor with us. We look forward to partnering with you on your investment journey!
